Guatemala Rainforest Alliance (RFA) Huehuetenango Estate – Finca Palo Blanco – TOP LOT (organically grown)
This is an SHB EP Grade* washed Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee from organically grown beans is from Finca Palo Blanco Single Estate in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala grown at an altitude of over 1,600 meters. This coffee was a favorite on our cupping table and also featured in our current espresso blend.
*SHB and EP are abbreviations for terms associated with grading coffees. SHB means Strictly Hard Bean which relates to 1,200 meters in altitude or higher creating a denser beans, while EP means European preparation relating to sorting of beans by hand or visual sorting machine.
