FTO = Coffee comes from a farm that was FairTrade Organic certified
RFA = Coffee comes from a farm that was Rainforest Alliance Certified
Organic = Coffee comes from a farm that was certified organic
G1 – G5 = Ethiopian coffee are graded based on size, quality, & number of times they’ve been filtered for quality. G1 is the highest grade, but does not always mean better flavor when cupped.
